Information relating to prices and delivery costs

The prices of PRODUCTS may change at any time depending on our pricing policy. The PRODUCTS ordered are invoiced at the price in effect when the order is placed. Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding any contribution to shipping costs. The prices displayed take into account the VAT applicable on the day the CONTRACT is concluded. Any change in the rate may be reflected in the price of the PRODUCTS. Delivery costs: Option 1: DELIVERY costs will be indicated during the order process. Option 2: The flat-rate delivery costs are: €6.90 Option 3: Delivery costs are calculated based on the destination, the quantity of products ordered, the weight of the products ordered, etc. May be added if necessary to the amount announced the costs or remuneration corresponding to exceptional additional services expressly requested by the consumer and the cost of which has been the subject of prior agreement. Right of withdrawal Information relating to the right of withdrawal

Article 1 Description of the right of withdrawal In accordance with article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code, you benefit from a withdrawal period of seven (7) days from receipt of the goods or acceptance of the offer for the provision of services. In the event that the seven (7) day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it will be extended until the last working day following. You do not have to provide reasons to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Article 2 Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal Exercising your right of withdrawal does not entail any penalty. However, you are warned that compensation may be requested if the PRODUCT has been used that does not comply with the principles of civil law. Return costs are exclusively your responsibility. Exercising the right of withdrawal gives rise to a refund due within 30 days from the date on which you exercised this right. The refund will be made by any means of payment and will include the reimbursement of any amount paid, including the shipping costs of the PRODUCT, excluding return costs.

Registration on feelfree.fr requires full acceptance of the general conditions of sale. From the confirmation of your registration on feelfree.fr, you can purchase and access your space on our site. The elements necessary to validate your registration are your name, first name, address and email address.

Billing

Unless otherwise stipulated, our final prices will be payable in euros only. Our prices are subject to sale, without obligation, subject to available stocks. The valid prices are those indicated at the time of the order as they appear on our site (except for errors or omissions). Our site is updated automatically after each sale.

Quality guarantee

Feelfree.fr is responsible for the correct description of the products presented on its site (authenticity and condition of the products). The photos posted online correspond to the product you will receive. However, recycled sailcloth decorative products are unique products or the photo presented is a generic photo, the product received may have some differences in color and general appearance. The description of the products does not in any way engage Feelfree's responsibility for comments, criticisms and descriptions.

Security and transparency of payments

Feelfree reserves ownership of the goods until full payment thereof, in accordance with the terms of law no. 80-336 of May 1 ^, 1980, relating to retention of title. No reservations will be taken into account.

Delivery and collection of purchases

A- Delivery / Shipping:

Feelfree.fr is committed to ensuring the delivery of your products in the best conditions. The products are packaged in suitable packaging and insured at declared value against transport risks. From Monday to Friday, your order is shipped within 48 hours upon validation of your payment by credit card. The order will be sent to the address indicated by the buyer when confirming the order.

Check that the contact details indicated during validation are correct. Make sure you are present or represented during delivery, possibly give a telephone number. Delivery in mainland France takes between 2 and 5 days depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen (Colissimo or Chronopost). For deliveries abroad, times vary depending on the destination.

B- Transportation issues:

In the event of a problem upon receipt of your packages, you must check the contents of the package(s) before signing the transport slip. Any anomaly must be indicated on the transport slip, with the exact description of the damaged or missing packages. The anomaly must then be reported by email to feelfreefrance@hotmail.fr in order to launch the compensation procedure by sending us the transport documents. Without particular indication, the responsibility of Feelfree.fr or that of the carrier cannot be engaged.

Applicable right; Disputes

These General Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with French law. The French courts will have jurisdiction to rule on all disputes likely to arise between the parties relating to the execution of these presents.

Site Services and Privacy

A- Exception, force majeure:

We do not guarantee that the operation of our services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

We reserve the right to limit the activity of our site occasionally or permanently, without first informing our customers.

We cannot be held responsible for any failure to fulfill our obligations under these General Conditions due to facts beyond our control and/or resulting from a case of force majeure.

Cases of force majeure will include in particular, in addition to cases recognized by case law, all natural disasters, all acts of war, breaches of public order, epidemics, fires, floods and other disasters, all government acts, all strikes, lockouts out, as well as any electrical and technical problems external to the parties preventing communications.

B- Confidentiality:

Feelfree undertakes to respect the confidentiality of the information provided by the buyer, this being exclusively reserved for Feelfree.

Under article 27 of law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, the buyer is free to make corrections or withdraw his personal information.

We may use your data (email address, postal address and telephone number) to send you information that is targeted according to your interests, or information relating to the offering of new services, promotions, your use of the site. By accepting the General Conditions of use of our services, you expressly agree to receive this information.

These General Conditions, accompanied by the documents incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
